1. Edu. Part 1

Now I would like to write about the ‘Way of Education’ through which the Church proclaims continually the logic of the Gospel, particularly to call all people to live the commandment of love in a creative way.

Several times Pope Francis has stated that the Church accomplishes that mission by inviting all people to contemplate Christ “who sacrificed himself as a ransom for all” (1 Tm 2:6), and who was sent by the Father into the world “not to condemn the world, but so that through him the world might be saved” (Jn 3:17).

The contemplation of the face of Jesus, dead and risen, reassembles our humanity, even when it is fragmented because of the exertions of life and by sin.

This conviction, sustained by prayer, leads the whole Church to be close to all people in order to know them, to love them without reservations and to teach them how to live the good life of the Gospel. Doing this, our desire is to give joy to the Father’s heart now, and at the end of our life to hear the voice of Jesus saying: “Come, you whom my Father has blessed” (Mt 25:34).
