Re-opening of the Juniorate Community : A Day to Remember

May 31, 2021, was a special day for the Universal Church as she celebrates the feast day of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin and for our Congregation for its commemoration of the 176th birthday of our dear Mo. Candida. As our hearts are filled with gratitude and joy, we also thank the Lord for the re-opening of the Juniorate Community of Indico-Pacific Province.

The five (5) sisters of the Juniorate Community were gathered for the first time during that day. They started it by celebrating the Holy Eucharist with the Mater Dei community sisters at MRH Chapel.

The new community spent the day celebrating, sharing stories, and thanking God for the countless blessing especially the gift of vocation.  Then the sisters attended the virtual celebration of the 176th birthday of Mother Candida created by the Adhoc committee. Later, they joined the Prayer service for the entrance to the Postulancy of Saniya Clara Raksam from Bangladesh via zoom.

We pray that God may continue to give us more vocations as we keep in our hearts the desire to continue serving Him and doing things for His greater glory.
