Mother Foundress’ Feast Day: Outreach at Ulaliman Elementary School: A Day of Faith and Sharing

On a heartwarming visit to Ulaliman Elementary School, the Hijas de Jesus Sisters of El Salvador Residence shared the story of Mother Candida with the young students. The children learned about her life and legacy, emphasizing the message that "God is our loving Father." To make the lesson more memorable, the sisters taught this song that echoed this saying, bringing smiles and joy to them.

After the talk, the students enjoyed refreshments generously provided by Mimi Ong, her family, and Miss Tette Batac. Each child received juice, biscuits, and chichiria, which added a joyful touch to the day's activities. Additionally, stampitas of Mother Candida were distributed to remind the children of the day's teachings and to keep the spirit of faith alive in their hearts.

This outreach event not only nourished the students with food but also enriched their spiritual lives, leaving them with a greater understanding of the life of Mother Candida’s faith and the love of God.
