On July 26-27, 2025, with joy and deep gratitude to God, we, the sisters of the FI Thailand community, received the Determinations of GC XIX following the moments of orientation, silence and prayer, individual reflection, conversations in the Spirit, and community celebration.  

The entire process of transmission facilitated by Sr. Lynn covered an orientation on the process undergone by the congregants of GC XIX in developing the document and its basic structure, as well as a brief discussion on its most salient articles.  “…I WISH TO BE CALLED THE DAUGHTERS OF JESUS…”, the title of the document and its integrating nucleus of FILIATION embody and summon in us a radical call of going back to our rootedness in our Triune God, the Communion of Love who is Father, Son and Holy Spirit so that we “may have life to the full” (cf. John 10:10) and so through us, others may live (cf. 2 Cor. 4:7-14).  

Our hearts place their trust in “hope that does not disappoint” (cf. Rom. 5:5) as we “feel co-responsible” and carry the conviction to “be decisively involved in putting into practice what this General Congregation determines” (cf. Art. 41, Det., GC XIX).  As Daughters of Jesus, in humility and deep confidence in God, we pray that truly, we “may become a gift and hope for all humanity” (cf. Art. 40, Det., GC XIX).
