The Fourth State is an adopted area for the outreach project for families in need. Ms. Remia Gose, in charge of the activities in the Center, together with the local leaders, had a short orientation and explained its activities for the needy. Sr. Graciela and Sr. Teresa had an opportunity to visit some poor families and to see first-hand the situation of living in the area. They were accompanied by Srs. Mary Juelar, local superior, Cecille Sequio and Lee Uera.
