Catechists-Teachers Seminar in Bangladesh

"Many are called but few are chosen."Mt. 22:14. This passage is very significant to the people chosen by God to collaborate in Christ's mission in spreading God's Kingdom here on earth especially through evangelization. Last December 17-19, 2019, there was a Catechist

Teachers’ Seminar held at the Pastoral Center of Mymensingh Diocese. Fr. Ashesh Dio, the director of the Pastoral Center, invited Sr. Marilou Guillano, F.I., to give a talk on the Profile of a catechist and strategies /methods on how to teach catechism.

It was indeed a joyful and meaningful talk that Sr.Malou gave as everybody was seen happy and contented with what they have learned and had congratulated her of her presentation.

There were 110 catechist-teachers who participated in the seminar coming from the different parishes of Mymensingh Diocese. It was a very successful first experience of giving seminar in Bangla and to a big group.

After the talk, two Religious Sister participants approached Sr. Malou and invited her to give the same talk to their Sisters.

Congratulation and thank you, Sr Malou!
