F.I.N.Y.A. Second Day Events

The second day of the F.I.N.Y.A. started with the Holy Eucharist officiated by Rev. Fr. John Klen Malificiar, SSP, who is an alumnus of St. James Catholic High School, Batch 1997.

Four Concurrent sessions were held simultaneously in the morning, where the students had the opportunity to attend. These sessions hoped to equip them with personal skills and enhance their talents so that they can “be or do more” for their neighbors. Below are some images of these events…

After the sessions, the students had journal writing, and reflections on their experiences, after which they shared their experiences, insights, realizations and learnings.

In the afternoon, the students listened to a talk by an alumnus of Colegio de las Hijas de Jesus, Batch 2010, Mr. John Paul Mondejar, who is presently working at the Department of Foreign Affairs. He was the student who had the opportunity to be part of the presentation of gifts during the canonization Mass of Mother Foundress in Rome. He challenged the participants with his talk on ” A CHALLENGE TO BE MORE” as he shared his own experiences in life, especially now that he is working in government.

After the open forum then break, the participants had an enjoyable activity called “Bandera Fabricación” or Flag making.

In the evening, the group had socialization and, at the same time, team-building activities divided into four: Kapatid sa Kapwa, Spider Web, Modified Trust Walk, and Overflowing Love. See images below.
