Provincial Government Visit to Panay–Guimaras

The Provincial Government of the Indico-Pacific Province conducted a pastoral visit to the Panay–Guimaras Community and Apostolic Centers from December 9–17, 2025, with the aim of gaining a deeper understanding of the realities faced by the communities and schools.
The Provincial Government is headed by the Provincial, Sr. Ma. Leoly Quitorio, F.I., with the Councilors Sr. Gemma Doguiles, F.I.; Sr. Victoria Lim, F.I.; Sr. Isabel Romero, F.I.; and Sr. Helen Catangcatang, F.I., together with Sr. Remedios Cabrera, F.I., Provincial Secretary, and at some points with Sr. Cecil Solis, F.I., Provincial Treasurer.
During the visit, the Provincial Government held a two-day council meeting at CIC, Pototan, and visited FI schools and communities in Iloilo, Guimaras, Estancia, and Maasin. They also participated in meaningful moments such as Family Day celebrations and the opening of the IWAG Festival in Pototan.
The visit was a grace-filled experience marked by a warm welcome and encounters with the sisters, faculty, staff, and students. It strengthened communion, deepened understanding of the local realities, and renewed the shared mission of hope in the Panay–Guimaras apostolic centers.
