SMAD OPENING OF ONLINE CLASSES FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2020-2021

Stella Maris Academy of Davao commenced its class opening last August 25, 2020. As the school transitioned to the “New Normal”, a full Online Distance Learning (ODL) model was implemented to deliver instruction to the students. The ODL is aligned with the Most Essential Learning Competencies prescribed by the Department of Education. It has two (2) types: the Synchronous (real-time classes) and Asynchronous (learning kits with content and tasks).
Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, SMAD aims to maintain the academic standards and character development of the students and will deliver quality instruction in the light of the new normal to ensure that Marisian students develop 21st-century skills.
