Next Sunday, February 2, 2025, the Catholic Church will celebrate the 29th World Day of Consecrated Life under the motto “Pilgrims and Sowers of Hope.” This special date serves to recognize and give thanks for the dedication of those men and women who have consecrated their lives to God through the evangelical counsels of poverty, chastity and obedience.

The motto chosen for this year, “Pilgrims and Sowers of Hope” , invites us to reflect on the fundamental role that consecrated persons play in today’s society . Like pilgrims , we seek a horizon beyond the material, guided by faith and hope in the risen Christ.
