Impressions of the Sisters of Bangladesh Community
PERSONAL IMPRESSIONS
Sr. Femy Solleza, F.I.

The visit was a grace-filled week for the community. It inspired and enlightened us more about our identity and mission in our context. One of the greatest realizations is..I am grateful that Srs. Graciela and Rosa came to Bangladesh to see for themselves our mission as Hijas de Jesus.
Sr. Femie Pomado, F.I.

The canonical visit of our dear Srs. Graciela and Rosa to Bangladesh was a profound season of grace, infusing our community with renewed life and vibrant, supernatural hope. Their edifying presence was a living testament to Christ’s joy. Through their deeply listening hearts and total oneness with us in our daily ministries, we experienced a palpable manifestation of God’s constant care. They reminded us that even amidst the daily uncertainties we face, the Lord continuously accompanies us, weaving our local mission into the larger, sacred tapestry of the entire body of the Congregation. In them, the enduring love of God and the maternal spirit of our Mo. Foundress became beautifully visible and tangibly felt, re-igniting our zeal and comforting our souls.
Sr. Lory Losbañes, F.I.

Impression on the visit of Graciela and Rosa: This visit has touched my heart and deepened my sense of belonging to the whole Congregation. It is a beautiful sign of hope, reminding me that conversion is a lifelong journey of continually opening our hearts to God. With deep gratitude, I see this opportunity as a precious grace and a gift from the Lord.
Sr. Helen Catangcatang, F.I.
My deepest impression is one of profound joy and heartfelt gratitude. Through the leadership and personal presence of Mother General and Sr. Rosa, I felt that the whole Congregation was truly one with us in our Bangladesh mission. Even within the limited time of their visit, they shared in our life and mission, and experienced with us something of the Lord’s presence and the work entrusted to us in this uttermost part of the world. The canonical visit was truly a *grace and a precious gift* to our mission. God’s presence became palpable and was experienced in each one of us and among us as one Congregational Body. What touched me deeply was that their presence was not experienced primarily as that of authorities who came to visit, but as Sisters who were close to us, walking with us, listening to us, and sharing in our joys, challenges, and hopes. Their presence made us feel that we are not alone in this mission, but are deeply connected to and supported by the entire Congregation. I am deeply grateful for this experience of communion, which renewed in me the joy of belonging to our Body Congregation and strengthened my sense of being part of a mission that we carry together, sustained by the presence and fidelity of the Lord.
Sr. Marilou Guillano, F.I.

The canonical visit of our Superior General, Sr. Graciela, and Sr. Rosa, her consultor, to our community here in Bangladesh was a moment of grace, joy, and spiritual renewal.
Her presence among us made us feel loved, encouraged, and strengthened in our vocation as Daughters of Jesus. Through her words and guidance, we were reminded of the importance of living our charism with faithfulness, humility, and love.
The visit also inspired us to deepen our unity as a community and to serve others with generous hearts. We are grateful for this meaningful encounter and the opportunity to share our joys, challenges, and hopes with her.
May the fruits of this visit continue to guide us in our mission and help us grow closer to Jesus and one another.
