The Mater Dei-MRH-Manila Community Encounter and Christmas 2016 Gathering

Last December 25, the 18 sisters of the Mater Dei-MRH-Manila community met at the Memorabilia Room of Manresa Retreat House for a sharing and get-together. It was Christmas Day, and the sisters from the Manila residence arrived early to greet the sisters in Tahanan.

Then everyone settled down to a fraternal and familial sharing on the Christmas message of the General Government, relating it to their personal contexts, and what they feel God is calling them to live out

After more than an hour of sharing, the sisters had lunch together, amidst stories and jokes and laughter. Before going back to their respective residences, some sisters took time to look at the Belen in the chapel and in the Sacred Heart Shrine. It was a very good experience of community, and we look forward to having more of these.
